Hello, I'm Richard P. Ley, but my friends and family call me Rick, and I hope you will as well.
I'm a screenwriter, novelist and aspiring filmmaker with nearly twenty published books and an ever-growing slate of character-driven film and streaming projects. The screenplays—ranging from romantic suspense to heartfelt dramedy and grounded workplace comedy—combine rich storytelling, emotionally driven character arcs, and cinematic world-building. Ley’s experience crafting interconnected novel series gives his screenplays depth, momentum, and a clear path for multi-season or franchise development.
Recently, I've been working with Largo.ai to do a deep analysis of my screenplays and have been invited by the company to participate at the European Film Market (EFM) in Berlin this February. If you'll be attending, I'd love to meet and see if there is any synergy between my film projects.

Saving each other's lives... again. A Twist of FATE2 continues the danger and romance. A conspiracy at the highest levels of the United States governments as the new couple is stalked, and nearly killed, but fight to save each other’s lives once again.
A theatrical production, the sequel is scripted and ready for production once the initial film is released.
